What if you could have continual 24/7 communications with GOD, the Designer and Creator of the Universe? Not just more information about what you are doing wrong, but actual two-way communication that results in stronger connection? How would that change your life?

Well, it’s possible.

Hearing God

I’m on that lifetime pursuit. If Moses could talk with God face to face like a man talks to a friend then why not me?

In my pursuit of friendship with God I’ve had to deal with some communication barriers. You don’t know you have a communication problem until someone else points it out to you.

For me, Dan McCollam, speaking at a Heaven in Business conference fixed one of my HUGE communication barriers.

It changed my life.

It will change yours also.

It’s ridiculously simple. Communication usually is.

It’s about the way I approach God.

I somehow developed a belief that the default status for hearing anything from God is “It’s probably me… it might be God.”

Dan (and probably God…) destroyed that.

If I approach God with a desire to hear what He is communicating and I remain humble to listen and receive, then what I hear (…inspired thought, mental image, remembrance of a scripture etc etc) is PROBABLY GOD.

He is a loving and good Father, better than any we know on earth.

If we ask for food he doesn’t give us stone and say “try this!”

He say’s that those who follow Him, hear Him.

So what if I believed it?

What if YOU believed it?

hearing God

Rather than approaching hearing Him from a default position of “It’s probably me, it might be God,” change your default position to “IT’S PROBABLY GOD, it might be me.”

Try it now

Still your heart. Silence your head noise. Be still.

Now ask the question, “Father God, what thought do you have toward me today?”

Now listen.

What is the first thought, impression or image that you got?

It’s probably God.

Do it again. Journal your conversation. Ask Him anything. He knows everything!

And He is ridiculously and extravagantly in pursuit of you.

Be still and know Him.

It’s probably God.
